Making a Muscadet kit for a friend for a birthday party 7 months from now. It's a Beaverdale kit so a better yeast is probably best. I've looked up some guides and Lalvin M05 and AC are mentioned for Muscadet but can't see any available anywhere to buy. What yeast do we think would push this kit in the right direction to be good copy of a comercial Muscadet. (I've got Lalvin K1V 71B and D47 in stock but I don't mind shopping) Friends! why can't they just have something you've made befor so you know what the results will be!
Thanks Pete
