  • Thanks Karl ive used a b1 tab and the nutrient what will this do to the wine will it help to keep the yeasties going gave it a good stir hope this was ok cheers daz

    • hopefully it'll kick start the yeast and get them to finish it off!!

      Have you calibrated your hydrometer? just a thought... does it read sg 1.00 in 20 degree tap water? I had one that was out a little way. not by that much though.

              • The gravities on the "lychee twins" have now dropped to 0.992 and 0.994, much better!

                          • Well i just couldn't wait any longer so filtered and bottled it last night. it tastes very nice an excellent wine i can only imagine what its like after a couple of Months will be starting another batch this week i would highly reccomend it
