This is the Wine I entered in the 5 from 8 medley class at the NAWB show in Scarborough 2007 in the Stoned white fruit section.
Judges comments- Clear cut bouquet, sharp, well constructed, good begining middle & end. 4 th place
Peach Wine 23 liters (5 gal.)
5 liters White Grape Juice
5 liters White Apple Juice
800 g Bananas (Mashed & no skin)
4000 g Peaches tinned in syrup (net but syrup added)
2500 g White sugar
20 g Tartaric acid
5 tsp. Pectolase
5 tsp. Yeast nutrients
Gervin no. 5 yeast ( 1 pkt.)
