    • Tonight, I have a pint of snpa clone.

Very good it is too. Made 30 litres the other week, 19l for a corny keg, and then some swing top bottles. Really need to sort out the dispensing taps in the new house, the bottles are way to easy to drink instead.

What a difference 6 months makes. This tastes like a proper Rioja now

I have a couple of cartons of blackcurrant juice in the cupboad.
I was going to add it to a blackberry/elderberry mix.
I might get a couple more and try this too
Is it more of a light red / dark rose ?

I`d say dark rose but I had it a bit sweeter at about 1.008 (though it was supposed to be dry but the grape juice I topped up with after racking didn't ferment out!)
