Bottle #1: 2008 Lychee - superb, even though I say so myself
Bottle #2: Sparkling Wine No.1 (the same as I brought to Grapefest only with a bit more fizz). This has improved even in a fortnight - smells of bread + pears

They're south of the equator, so they harvest in the spring. We usually get shipments of Chilean wine grapes here in April-May.
So if it's a 2009 Merlot, that's pretty young.Steve
