          • Icewine is traditionally made from grapes that are left on the vine until a hard freeze occurs, though you can make a decent imitation by freezing and partially thawing white grape juice.

            It's very sweet and delicious.

            • Inspired by the release of Winexperts ltd edition range for next year, I've open a bottle of Brunello and decanted it.

              It's even a bit chilli up here today so I've lit the open fire

                            • A 14 month old Cranberry juice (in the style of a Wine No.1). Very pleasant - pity it was the last bottle

                              Followed by a bottle of Weston's Vintage Cider. Superb. Did a tour of the place today (interesting, informative, bloke knew his stuff), and accidentally bought the entire contents of the shop afterwards
