              • Because I was working yesterday, today is my day off. I have a full programme of wine-related stuff planned, but I'm sure Life will come along and disrupt it, as usual

                • Started 1 gal of Black Cherry, added finings to 1 gal of plum [clearing up an absolute treat] and 6.5 gals of Cranberry and Blueberry. I intend to rack 6 gals of pineapple and add finings - it was 6.5 gals, but I had to taste it to see how it was going!

For me, I would have to change that line to read "Wife will come along and disrupt it, as usual".

                        • 2 DJs of grape-skin rosé racked, degassed & stabilised.

Beaverdale Barolo 6 bottle kit started (experimenting with different water sources).

                          • I have made up a Youngs chardonnay for xmas...
Also made up a pineapple number one...
And a variation, with sour cherry.
I also started off a red wine, from elderberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, and sloes. My freezer is nearly empty

I still need to rack my apple/tropical mix.
I am also going to rack my rhubarb and raspberry into glass, maybe with a touch of glycerin... I haven't quite decided. I doesn't taste as good as last years, at this point
I still need to bottle my merlot... but thats another day.

                            • Lots of racking.

Filtered & bottled the ciliegiolo and merlot rosés from this year's Grapefest, and bottled a DJ of a Beaverdale Shiraz kit I'd forgotten about.
