Thank you everyone! I KNEW it'd keep you all amused for a while!

I'm finding that if you warm up by saying Mama Mia and waving your hands in the air at the same time a few times first, then it's a lot easier to pronounce...

      Don't mention Montepulciano

      Today I are been mostly:

Sugar feeding the Black Cherry port

      Degassing and sweetening the Rhubarb

Racking 2.5 gallons of Riesling Icewine off the lees into DJs and topup bottles, and applying Kwik Clear

Degassing and stabilising a Wine No.1 made with Welch's purple grape juice

Adding a Wine No.1 mix to a few lb of grapes which were crushed and have been sitting in a bucket overnight.

How do people find the time to go to work?

bottled 1 gallon of joam that was started in february.
bought 30 bottles from my local HB shop and am going to bottle a beaverdale chardonnay and a few others to put away for chrimbo

tempted to bottle my christmas pud but may hang on a little longer.... would of really liked to bottle it into 375ml bottles but I don't have any so may have to settle for the 750ml

Stirred up the faux cndp a few times today, its going berserk I tell thee!

We ARE easily amused, aren't we?

An easy way to remember the pronunciation: just say "Chili a Joe Low" (or "Silly a Joe Low") real fast.

By the way, the one I always have trouble pronouncing is Chateauneuf-du-Pape. There's nothing more offensive to the ear than the sound of an American trying to say French phrases.

degassing some red elderberry and cleaning kit we are off apple picking this weekend so iam off to the recipe section and then back to scrumbing kit
Wine from grapes is alright, but nothing beats the proper stuff to make wine with.

Filtered and bottled the Vieux Chateau Du Roi (1 bottle going to Karl's shop for the wine tasting tomorrow). Cleaned up the mess that the mount (Vesuvius) Merlot made and started a Beaverdale Barolo kit off. I got 30 bottles and 1 large glass from the VCDR

Ah yes... this is the wine you were were worried about because it was fermenting too slowly?

Looks as if things have picked up!

Not quite, the blackberry is finished. This is from a milk bottle full of the original must that I fed with sugar syrup just as my first *problem* wine was finishing

Going to try a third bath from this must for a blackberry and elderberry Fingers crossed!

Insecure people try to make you feel smaller.

Confident people love to see you walk taller

Stabilised a Condessa liqueur kit (I didn't buy it, I was given it )

                                Sugar-fed the Ciliegiolo port

                                A few SG checks

Marvelled at the rate my Riesling icewine kit is clearing with the addition of Kwik Clear.
