    Well done Rob. Just seen this as back from hols but it would be great to compare the Dandelion. I am currently converting some of mine to sherry. It just seems so versatile as a recipe.

        Thanks It would be interesting to compare our Dandelion wines. Mine is about 15 months old now and it seems to be about as good as it is going to get.
