Two lots of number one... A pink grapefruit and a pineapple. And a five gallon of number 2

Tonight I am going to get gone a bottle of Black Cherry Pinot Noir it has been a couple of months since I bottled this and it is time for a tester.

Tonight is pub quiz night so i'll be having a glass or 6 of cider me thinks cos of the nice weather

We went to a local winery today and had all wines made from regionally grown grapes. First up was a Rosé made from Foch, then a port made from Foch. A Frontenac (red) varietal, Chardonnay, Traminette (gewurz relative), and a Millot. After that, it all starts to get hazy.

Everything we tasted today was very good.

Tonight we enjoyed RJ Spagnols Cru Select Australian Shiraz Viognier. Kit started 29 Dec 2006, wine bottled 15 April 2007. The wine was actually bottled a little early for my habits but it was Full House at my Brew on Premises.

The last two nights I have actually been enjoying a French commercial red. This is surprising because I am not a very big fan of commercial reds. Anyway it is a Thierry and Guy "Le Freak" Shiraz Viognier 2004.

I liked the Cru Select one a wee bit better. I'll have to find another bottle and try them side by side.
