Currants,raisins,sultanas multiply by 4
Apples by 6
Apricots by 5 1/2
Bananas by 3
Bilberries by 4 1/2
Dates by 2
Elderberries by 4
Figs by 3 1/2
Peaches by 5 1/2
Pears by 3
Prunes by 4

2 Ltr apple juice equals 9 lb Apples
250g Grape juice concentrate equals 2lb grapes
