        • i have started one this afternoon i went to a supermarket and they was selling all the equipment and kits so i bought a 1 gallon set up and a chardonnay style 6 bottle kit to get me going it is all made by youngs.

                • The Youngs kits are ok, good enough to get you brewing, and all the basics.

                  Take a look at the new winemakers area, here and maybe make a wine no 1 next. then follow the series through! All well worth drinking!

                  3 hrs is fine, just means the yeast and must is having a nice time

                          Just a quick post to introduce myself.

                          I'm a long term lurker of winesathome, first time poster! I've found a lot of the information on the boards really helpful so i figured i'd join in!

                          Only been brewing wine for a month or two now (only just racked my second batch ) but so far my results have got me hooked!

                          That'll do for now, cheers!
