After your first warm degassing come back and let me know what you think. I see this every day and with a little warmer temp after stirring properly you can watch the gas coming off.

Sorry to ask again,but do I have to add more campden before I de-gas as it has been a couple of months since I added the last lot.

Yul rule of thumb is every second racking add k-metta. So if you added last rack no if you did not then add.The right amount for the number of liters or gallons you have of course.
