  • Any reason to Cold Stabilize Muscadine?

    Is there any benefit to cold stabilizing red Muscadine wine? I didn't last year so I was thinking maybe it doesn't have alot of tartaric acid. But just thought I'd ask. I'm cold stabilizing all my grape wines now.

    The choice is yours, cold stabalising depends on each years crop and the tartaric level in the grapes, last years wine may have had high brix and low acid, this years may be different. Taste and see, if it's acidic then cold stabalise, if not then enjoy
