Made a red using carton grape juice and a few plums,, but forgot to add citric acid,, any thoughts?

Most varities of plums are quite acidic already, including citric. If only a few plums added your may be fine. But I'm only a newbie myself here, so wait a while and I'm sure an expert will be along. -
