Well I don't know about recipes for those "per se". Are they as densely coloured as "normal" cherries, or are they more "plum like" ?Originally posted by steveb View Post

Don't forget, some stone fruit generate a huge amount of pectin if heated so you'll need plenty of pectolase.
I should suspect that there might be a recipe for both in the recipes section....
