what to do with Plumbs

Please help.
I have just been given a large amount of Plumbs, more than anough for a gall, some were a bit dodgy so I discarded those, those that were left I have put in the now very clean washing up bowl with 2 Campden tabs and 1 tsp of Citric acid,as my primary fermenter is in use with Apple and Blackberry, also no room in the freezer.
Any suggestions? I have got 2 *1 Gall primaries available.
Seven of the plumbs are floating in the water, should I disdard those as well.
