How much dried elderberry in a tinned fruit wine would you say Bob? Would 100g make a difference/ be enough?
I have been holding off making anything with dried elderberries because I wasn't sure they did anything similar to fresh ones... (I thought I'd read somewhere on the lovely crackedcorks website that they had a different flavour all to themselves...)
