    i am going to have a go at this recipe off the jack keller website and was wondering if i should add some raisins or grape concentrate to increase t6he vinosity ,also what yeast should i use any hints or tips would be welcome

    4 lbs blackberries
    4 lb fresh or frozen blueberries
    2 lbs granulated sugar
    1 tsp pectic enzyme
    1/2 tsp acid blend
    3 qts water
    1 tsp yeast nutrient
    wine yeast
    "we need a bigger boat"

    I shall be meeting the famous mr Keller this weekend, i shall ask him

    there seems to be plenty fruit there though so maybe it doesnt need any help?

        Jack has made all the recipes on his website. If any needed changing, they have been. Blackberries for sure make a good wine alone. I have never made a blueberry wine. Too hot for them here. Most fruits can be made into wine without adding extra raisins or concentrate. Just need to be sure and use enough fruit, and don't try to go for the high octane. 10-11 % is very nice.
