Just drinking David's 06 Peach wine

Must say I like it a lot, nice peach smells, it has a lovely long aftertaste, tastes almost like it was oaked. Did you feed this one to higher alcohol levels David?

Tastes great now, but I think it will be fantastic in about a year.

very enjoyable bottle many thanks matey

    regards

What Peach wine is supposed to look like! (sorry poor quality pic)

Barely got it through the #2 polish minijet pads.

Tastes very good, not too sweet, a little acid coming through, alcohol not too hot, tannin light, no oak.

          05 Peach bottled 12-20-06

Well, I messed this pic up pretty badly trying to get it small enough to post. (Bob's fault) Anyway, maybe you'uns can get a slight grasp of what it looks like bottled. It is not sparkling clear, but just follow the timeline on this one and you will see I tried. Stone fruits......At least it tastes awesome!
