    yes two tubs of redcurrant jelly bought by mistake wounded if they could be used to make wine maybe as a sugar replacement/alternative or part off recipe any ideas

      I think I have some info on making wine from jam but not 100% sure, will dig it out after work tonight

        Has anyone ever made this? Saw it in CJJ Berrys book over the weekend and quite fancied it :D

          again thanks for response seen the ribina recipe and wondered if it could be converted to tesco as in ltrs and not oz excuse my ignorance
