Picked up a couple packs of Youngs wine finings today and the packet says it's good for 5 gallons of wine.
I'm only going to be adding this to 1 gallon, possibly 2 gallons, so should i use less of it, or just bung it all in anyway? im not sure if this would have a bad effect putting too much in?

Would i be right in thinking that if you started with juice that wasn't clear, it's not going to clear after fermenting? just wondered as i've also just racked my apple/red grape cider and the juice was cloudy to begin with.
