need to get 5 gallon, but only have 6 gallon fermenters. have 15lb elderberries and 15 lb bramble at present both in seperate 6 gallon fermenters, whats the best way of doing this initial ferments seperate then join. or mix and split now. yeast not added yet

have 5 gal better bottle so prob is with initial ferment with 30lb fruit and only 6 gal primaries. would there be prob with initially fermenting elderberry and bramble separate then joining. this would allow 4 days on pulp for elderberries and 7 for bramble
