    In wines by style you say White table wine Dry should start about 1080

    Can I ask what it should the finished SG be?

    I have just entered a composition entered, a dry wine 1000 SG and the judge said Too sweet?

    If this is not the case can you give the finished SG of all the wines in wines by style

      Dry = 0.990
      Medium Dry = 0.992 to 1.000
      Medium = 1.000 to 1.010
      Medium Sweet = 1.010 to 1.020
      Sweet = 1.020 to 1.030 (or even more its all about balance, so if the acidty is right more sweetness is acceptable)

          Good on you for entering a comp, you can learn so much from the judges feedback.
