Has anyone backsweetened a Wine no 1. My wife loves it as is, but I prefer something a bit sweeter. (Lychee wine I love). Does Wine no 1 respond well to backsweetening?

How much will depend on the variant I have made but often .998 is where I end up.Alcohol causes you to forget things, and some other stuff I don't remember!

As wurzel said....it will be ok with a little sweetness to make an off dry, but wouldnt sweeten well beyond about 1.008 (it hasnt enough body or acidity to cope with more sugar than that)
