    thanks for the tips and the links, evan more reading matter to go to work with and study at break time.
    i have a great idea around two years ago to work through all my old notes and books and to bring the wine production up to a better level, but being a bloke with limited brain power i only do one improvement each season as it were, the biggest thing on the humbug list this year is a small set of laboritry equipment so i can acid test properly and measure and work with smaller doses of chemicals, aparently a handfull is not a british standard quantity?????
    Wine from grapes is alright, but nothing beats the proper stuff to make wine with.
