  • using frozen fruit

got a couple of bags of frozen summer fruits while out today and was going to do a brew with one.. whats the best way to go using them..?

should i blitz them with a L of juice or just chop?

also would i need to add a campden tab 24 hours before pitching yeast..

was thinking of a wine #1 but with the fruit added.

    thanks in advance

make wine no1 and when drops to 1.010 add fruit (thawed) then ferment to dry and transfer. just try it it does work and gives so much more flavour and aroma
