My other half made a wine out of the remains of a tub mincemeat that I was about to throw away last Christmas after nobody wanted me to make anymore mince pies. Amazingly it was not at all bad!!

Make sure you use dirty tights, the cheese smell will help amalgamate the other ingredients to produce a fuller bodied wine...
