    What do you think about this fining before secondary fermentation malarkey.
    In my opinion it's a waste of time, but I am basing that on logic not on practical experience?
    Gluten free, caffeine free, dairy free, fat free – you gotta love this red wine diet!

      I think you should fine.

      Sooner or later that cloudiness will become sediment, and the less you have in the bottle, the easier disgorging will be.
