Thanks gents. I'm looking forward to this one. I read it was quite an early drinker and the instructions say "age for 6 months" (which I know is too early for any kit really!) as opposed to most Selection kits they state a year to 18months. So, maybe I will try some in the winter and see how its doing.

This kit is fermenting like no other I have seen before! It's like a volcano in that bucket the last few days!! Instruction s say it won't drop below 0.998 SG but we'll see......
