I've just bottled a Cantina Pinot Grigio, it was under-weight so I added a small tin of white wine enhancer and cut it back to 20Lit. Crept up to 1.085. At the bottling stage it was surprisingly good. I'm doing it as an experiment, I've only ever tried the premium kits and wanted to see what this, at half the price, turned out like. I have a Selection Pingo conditioning and one ready to make up, so I'll give it a couple of months and let you know how they compare.
