This will make 1 gallon of fruit juice wine.
ingredients:
1lt-pineapple juice.
1lt-white grape juice.
800gm-sugar.(as a syrup)
1tsp-pektolase.
1/2tsp-tannin.
1/2tsp-nutrient.
1tsp-yeast-compound.
Method: SG 1.110
put all the fruit juice and grape juice in a demijohn with the sugar syrup,then
add the rest of the ingredients,top up with cold water and ferment out.
Note:
the sugar syrup should be cold before you use it.
you do not have to boil the fruit juice,if there are no nasty chemicals.
This wine will be ready to drink in 3-6 months.
I like to leave mine 12 months
