Ok...

Tonight I have tried both of the Melomel's that Bob sent me.
1. Raspberry Melomel - dry
2. Raspberry Melomel - sweet


I normally go for drier wines... so I was a very shocked, when I preferred the sweeter version.
It is a much more palattable drink.
For me, the drier version, kinda drew my cheeks in.... And in comparison to the sweeter version, it did have a slight alcoholic kick taste to it.

Both nice... but incredibly different.

Isn't it incredible the difference that sweetness makes?

it balances the acid nicely, the dry one is a tad sour because of the high acid.

Hi you guys! I stumbled across this earlier on today and wondered what is the latest goings on on it. I wish i had seen it earlier. Is there any chance of being involved in the next one? I would love to try out some other brewers wines, i think it is a brilliant idea. Hopefully it will happen again, cheers!
