PM Don't know what happened NorternWiner but I can how get in.

I have made the Christmas Pud wine and finished it.

Can I ask a question of some one who as made and finished a Christmas Pud wine.

My wine is cleared, but it is not white or golden, it is a brownie rose coloured wine, is the any way to remove some of the colour.

I made it for a social white or golden wine com, but it seems to be in a class of its own.

I must have done something wrong, the recipe came from this site

The Crimbo pud didn't contain red wine by any chance did it?

you've prolly thrown the packaging away now I expect.

not to worry though as dessert competition classes allow golden to brown

                Hi Lockwood

I am trying with fire fox as you said, here goes.

I see my answer did get to the site time now 14-20 it must have took over an hour still.

Yes the pud packing as been binned

"dessert competition classes allow golden to brown" Yes but this looks like old, losing its colour dark but dark brown not dark golden still is tastes OK

Thought about putting something in to make it a red, then I can use it in next years Com.

Thanks for your help Old un

This was being discussed on another forum.

Had anyone done one recently or have plans to?
