  • Last night was a Jacobs creek Grenache/Syrah drunk in the Premier Inn East Kilbride.....


    the wine wasn't very good really, very rough at the edges, and not degassed properly.......hmm

    it was much better after being degassed

      we're you alone? away with work? Just laughing at the looks on the rest of the people in there, at some bloke shaking his wine bottle vigorously and then looking smug as it hisses!!

                    It is time to try my Brown ale brewed with white labs wlp002 used dark dme for priming 1 cup in 2 cups water boiled twenty min. slowly added after cooling to room temp. as ale was it was racked for bottling.

                      • Wine No1 made with red grape juice and apple juice, not quite as crisp as the white version, but still very pleasant indeed
