I for one have found winemaking itself quite addictive

If you have just found us, it is unusually quiet at the moment - I think we are are all recovering after grapefest.

You bet winemaking is addictive, I used to just go shopping for things to cook. Now I look and think wonder what that wiould taste like as a wine..

Forgot to say have also made tea wine and coffee wine,

handy for non drinkers

Not made Parsnip yet......... Ummmm, maybe an idea though

First wine I ever made was tea wine and hippy juice (tea wine made sing those fruit infusion teabags) and they were lush. Ignore the nay sayers!

PS. I've actually got a surprise wine planned for next years grape fest which should put the willies up most folk. Parsnips will be the least of their worries...

That sounds like a bit of a challenge !!
I am sure I have seen a recipe somewhere for a cola wine, so if cola ferments, why not Irn Bru ?
